, located a few kilometres from the headquarters, it is Geico’s new innovation, prototyping, research and development area.
The name of the center is emblematic – Pardis means “paradise” – and highlights Geicos’ mission: realizing zero-environmental impact paintshops.
The center is born with the main objective of testing prototypes and new technologies and comparing them to existing solutions on the market with the purpose of constantly developing and improving the product, in perfect line with the company’s belief. In addition, in the development and prototyping phase of the Customers’ plant, Pardis Innovation Center is used for testing and optimising technologies and applications before their installation in the final plant.
Beyond being a benchmark for Geico’s research and development, Pardis Innovation Center is conceived in view of Clients’ visits interested in examining from close up the new technologies of the most important phases of the painting process: tanks for pre-treatment and cataphoresis, automated sealing lines, booths for liquid and powder paints, drying ovens, conveyors and systems for the handling of car bodies. At the moment in the Center there are some of Geico’s most known products and some of them already adopted by some of its customers, such as J-Jump, J-Flex, Amir booth, the new liquid booth Hydrospin plus, the new dry scrubber Dryspin and many others.
