Environment and health care together with ecology are part of the whole Group’s corporate belief. Geico has created its own internal department called Pardis for the development of technological solutions which meet sustainability requests, protection of the environment and energy efficiency in automotive first coating plants.
Pardi's mission is to realize a self-sufficent, zero environmental impact paintshop, in line with the present Europen 20-20-20 directives. Geico's and thus Pardi's ambitious goal is the Energy Independence Day is scheduled for June 16th 2020, when the self-sufficient paintshop will be offered to the market.
This involves research, development and implementation of technologies for the reduction and abatement of polluted emissions, liquid and solid wastes and greenhouse gases according to the Customer’s goals and to national and international rules.
Pardis lines for the treatment of painting process wastes assure a considerable reduction of chemical products, water consumption and energy costs.
Each Pardis product line includes a range of specific solutions generating from Geico itself, Haden patents acquired by Geico, or other technologies already employed in the market but re-engineered by Pardis department for their application in the automotive sector.
