The Green Water line pursues the “zero waste” objective using chemical ,physical and biological processes for the treatment of waste water and liquids employed in the different phases of the coating process.

Namely:

» oil removal from degreasing baths
» suspended solids removal from degreasing baths
» sludge removal from phosphating baths
» recirculation of rinse phases
» treatment and recirculating of the booth water
» treatment of waste water
» complete closure of the water cycle

Oil removal
Pardis systems for oil removal from degreasing baths provide the recuperation of oils with low water content and aim at reducing wastes and chemical products consumption. Coalescence and separation of oils and fats can be obtained through mechanical separation by means of improved static systems, by means of centrifugal action in hydrocyclon separators, or through physical separation using thermal processes or micro-ultra filtration membrane systems.

Solid removal
Suspended solids removal from degreasing baths is carried out by filtration systems, by means of centrifugal separators, hydrocyclons and/or through the application of magnetic filters. Sludge dehydration takes place on paper/band filters thus reducing waste volumes and chemical products consumption.

Sludge removal
Pardis solutions for sludge removal from phosphating baths base on pressure filters, filter presses and/or lamellar clarifiers. Pardis systems guarantee the maximum sludge dehydration and the phosphating liquid re-use with the consequent waste reduction and chemical products saving.

Rinse phases
In order to guarantee the reduction of wastes and water consumption of a plant, Pardis develops solutions aiming at recirculating the rinse phases overflow. The result is obtained by resin ion/exchangers, ultra filtration and reverse osmosis systems and by the application of evaporation systems.

Booth water
Pardis solutions based on external concentrators (among which the Hydropac solution) or on direct treatment systems in recirculating tanks, are studied for the treatment and recirculation of water in paint booths. Liquid wastes and water consumption reduction are the main advantages, together with the reduction of cleaning operations. Waste water
Pardis realizes plants based on chemical-physical, biological and membrane processes. Beyond the benefits connected to the regularization of wastes to existing rules, Pardis solutions for waste waters offer the possibility of water recirculation allowing a drastic reduction of consumption.

Cycle closure
Pardis studies and realizes systems for the complete closure of the water cycle which assures the minimisation of consumption and the achievement of the “zero waste” objective. The analysis of the water cycle in a plant or in a whole paint shop leads to the development of integrated solutions for waste and consumption reduction. This implies considerable advantages due to consumption reduction and allows to get free from rules concerning waste water.
